This hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff, especially the receptionists, are very helpful.

Was a nice stay in a confortable and quiet hotel. Staff at reception as well as bar and restaurant has been very nice, polite and very very helpful, the room was clean and big. Very nice the bar outside!!! Easy to find and to use as a central point to move around the town center and town nearby. Thank you all to have offered us a funny and relaxing stay!

Generally, enjoyed this nicely decorated accommodation with top-class staff especially all the receptionists. The rooms were well-equipped with terrace, you feel like home.

This hotel offers beautifully furnished rooms with a lovely terrace, and the staff, especially the receptionists, are top-notch and very accommodating.

There was no hot water in the shower. We had to go to the reception and she swiched something and 15 minets later the hot water came. But in the morning was the same problem. The room is a little bit small. The breakfast is poor.

Hotel full of the ants, bedbugs, ticks. The furniture in the hotel very old and became sunken. That is sheety hotel built wall to wall to the old buildings which deliver that animals to the hotel.

We cold at the room firstly,They gave us heater but we still cold at the restaurants at breakfast and dinner time.İt should be warm.

The hotel building itself is very nice.

The toilet seat was not properly fixed, the toilet flush cover was gone (in two of our rooms), one room had the toilet in the shower (!), no table or desk in one room (which was also near the breakfast area and adjacent to the kitchen, therefore noisy in the morning), no real blanket for the bed (just thin linen), the noisy refridgerator is directly at the bed, the WLAN internet access was very unstable, the TV picture quality was bad (lots of noice), no international TV programmes.

Air-conditioning insufficient and difficult to manage. Had to get front desk to set air-conditioning or it would not have been cool enough in room.

The hotel is conveniently located near to major highways and had a secure parking area which offered a great piece of mind. The staff were friendly and even offered suggestions about local hotspots. the hotel rooms were clean and well equipped.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from the downtown area and there were limited options for eating out without transportation. while the breakfast had a good variety, it was often not replenished in a timely manner, causing frustration for some guests.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room quite comfortable.

The hotel needs some maintenance. Our in-room airconditioning broke down whilst we were out of the room and found a puddle of dripping water from the unit once we returned. The receptionist was kind enough to give us the only fan they had in the hotel - that of their office. However even this was broken at the base. Although the shower has a full hydromassage column installed, none of these work, and the shower head leaked most of the water, therefore flow was not strong enough. Breakfast also needs some improvement as there were only a few items available. Some background music in the breakfast area would help create a little bit of ambience.

Nice and helpful staff. Good closed parking. Tidy and clean rooms. Quiet rooms. 15-minute drive from the airport. Close to metro. Private parking. Green yard. Bottle of wine as a surprise
